HiPer Validation

Continuous validation and verification is at the heart of HiPer's development.

Validation Cases

A CFD solver is only as good as the confidence you can place in its results. Validation — the systematic comparison of simulation results against high-quality experimental and reference data — is how that confidence is earned, and it sits at the heart of HiPer's development. Every solver release is verified against a growing suite of validation cases, from canonical academic flows to full-scale industrial configurations drawn from community benchmarking exercises such as the Automotive CFD Prediction Workshops and the AIAA airframe noise (BANC) workshops.

The cases below show HiPer's predictions alongside the experimental measurements so you can judge the accuracy of the solver for flows relevant to your own applications.
